Management Reports

The Management Reports option allows administrators to gather crucial data concerning account usage; based on Users, Departments, Sub-Accounts, and Applications. Standard Users can also pull up their own account history.

Management Reports includes the following:

1. • Transaction History

   • Order Status

   • Driver Release Status

   • Risk Management

View Reports

WebMVR users can view reports based on their predefined user levels.

Standard users have access to the following fields:

1. • Ordering Method (WebMVR, FTP, etc.)

   • Product (MVR, VR, All)

   • Report Type (Summary or Detail)

Administrators also have access to these fields:

1. • Accounts

   • Select User

   • Department

NOTE: Not all reports may be listed on your screen. These options are set up in advance based on our client’s specific requirements.
