Requester Codes

WebADR offers a convenient way to keep track of CA requester code expiration dates before they expire.

The Account Administrator can elect to receive a reminder email 90 days prior to the expiration of their CA requester code.

For information on states other than CA, contact SambaSafety Tech Support at (800) 766-6877 option 3.

Initialize Requester Code Service

1. 1. Log in to WebMVR as the Account Administrator.

   2. Select Update Requester Code from the Account Options section of the Account Management page.

The DMV Requester Code Details page will open.

1. 3. Select the applicable state. The requester code field will populate with the code on file at SambaSafety.

   4. Enter the DMV Agreement/Account Number.

NOTE: This number must match the Agreement number SambaSafety has on file.

1. 6. Enter the Requester Code Expiration Date.

   7. Click Submit. The Account Administrator will receive the first reminder email 90 days before expiration.
