WebMVR
Click on the Unread Reports link, located on the left navigation bar.
Click on WebMVR.
Open the Unread Reports folder.
From the Report Type drop-down menu, change the report type from Driving License to Vehicle Report.
The report should now be viewable.
Select the Search Reports link from the menu bar.
Select the date range using the calendar icon, or click on the View Last link and enter the date range.
Click Go.
Do not click on the order in the Pending Folder, because the order could get stuck and not get delivered to the Unread Reports Folder.
Wait 30 minutes and check the Unread Reports Folder again.
If the report still does not appear, contact Tech Support at
Batch reports are run as overnight orders.
Click on the Batch Upload link, located on the left navigation bar.
Select the type of report to run.
Choose a template to download and save it to a designated file on your system.
Open the file in Excel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not change any of the existing text in the first row of the spreadsheet!
Enter v2.0 for each row in Column A.
Complete the other fields as applicable to each state being run.
Save the file to a designated folder on your computer.
Go back to Batch Upload and click Browse to locate and upload your file. A message will display how many records were successfully uploaded and provide a link to fix any that failed. You also have the option of deleting the failed records and re-entering the correct information in the next batch.
If you fix the failed records, open and update the Excel file to reflect the changes.
After the records are returned from the state, you can access them in the Unread Reports section.
Go to the Unread Reports or Archived Reports folder.
Select the check box corresponding to the name.
Click Print.
Select the Account Management option, from the top menu bar.
Under the Application Settings section, click WebMVR. The Set Default Product page will open.
Select your default product from the options on the page.
Click Update.
Log out. When you log back in, your default product page will open.
